H&M is "expanding" itself with a collection dedicated to the beautiful Curvy women.
In the past, the Swedish giant had already put together small collection devoted entirely to "curvy" women but, from this Spring 2012, decided to test and give a real name for this branch of the Brand formerly called "Big is Beautiful "now officially renamed in: H&M +.
Currently, the collection will be available only in some European and some U.S. Flagship Store. The thing that has stunned most everyone was the very little communication from H&M's Marketing in presenting this important branch dedicated to all those women who think that having a few extra kilo means that they can not be Glamour or "Fashion".
What do you think about it?

Dont think enough people wear sarongs.

It is really nice to see some more diverse styles on the high street, well done done H&M!I haven't seen it in store yet but I hope that you can mix and match the top and bottoms. I'm not particularly curvy but I have a large cup size so I have to get bra size swimwear online for the bust support. It is really nice to see a beautiful woman be the face of such a big campaign.
ReplyDeleteit's great that they are doing that. and also that the pieces look really nice, ofthen they are just ugly big tents. ;)
ReplyDeleteI love how they are doing this, because it gives H&M a wider fan base. :) Great post.
