NYFW: The Blonds Fall/Winter 2012-13

La nuova collezione A/I 2012-13 del duo più geniale di New York.

The new F/W 2012-13 Collection of the most talented duo of New York City.

Durante la New York Fashion Week moltissime sono le sfilate da tenere d'occhio anche se, bisogna ammettere, quest'anno la NYFW è stata abbastanza "povera" di novità o di creazioni che mi abbiano fatto urlare un "WOOW".
Uno Show che non mi delude mai è quello di David & Philippe Blond, in arte i "The Blonds", un duo che trovo estremamente creativo e sempre in continua evoluzione.
Hanno già vestito celebrità del calibro di Paris Hilton, Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Christina Aguilera,ecc. e tantissime altre ed hanno anche lanciato una Special Edition di Barbie con i loro abiti.
Lo show è sempre fantastico ed innovativo, seguono sempre un tema ben preciso dal quale riescono a non fuoriuscire mai ed i materiali usati sono sempre molto cari a me (vedi borchie, metallo e cristalli).
Dopo aver visto la S/S 2012, è tempo di tuffarsi nell'Inverno il quale tema scelto dai due Designer è il mondo dei "Biker", modelle e modelli che sfilano accompagnati da caschi con lunge code bionde e due grandi motociclette futuristiche sulla passerella.
Grandissima novità del Brand è l'intromissione di alcuni capi per Uomo sempre molto eccentrici, particolati, forti ma soprattutto unici nel suo genere.
Era da molto tempo che si aspettava un'aggiunta di Menswear alle loro sfilate e finalmente ci sono riusciti in modo egregio e singolare.
Spero che il loro prossimo passo possa essere la creazione di un'intera linea di Jewellery anche se, già in questa sfilata, possiamo ammirare alcuni pezzi personalizzati come la collana con scritto "Blond" indossata dal modello River Viperi.

During New York Fashion Week, there are many fashion shows to watch though, admittedly, this year's NYFW was quite "poor" no new creations that for I have made a "Woow" screaming .
A Show that never disappoints me is the one by Philippe & David Blond, aka the "The Blonds", a duo that I find extremely creative and always evolving.
They already dressed celebrities such as PParis Hilton, Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Christina Aguilera,, etc.. and many others and they have already launched a Special Edition of Barbie with their clothes.
The show is always great and innovative, always follow a specific theme from which they can not escape ever and the materials used are always very dear to me (see studs, metal and Swarovski crystals). 
After seeing the S/S 2012, it's time to dive in Winter, the theme chosen by the two designers is the "Bikers" world, models that parade accompanied by helmets with large blondes pony tails and two  futuristic motorcycles on the catwalk .
A very pleasent news is the intrusion of some garments for Men always very eccentric, particulates, heavy but especially unique in their way.
It was a long time that it was expecting an addition to Menswear and they did it great.
I hope that their next step would be to create an entire line of Jewellery although even on this show, we can see some custom pieces like the necklace that says "Blond" worn by the model Viperi River.

La loro creatività e voglia di divertisi, ridere e scherzare traspare palesemente dalle loro creazioni e, anche il volersi prendersi un po in giro, rende questo Brand eternamente fresco, genuino e all'avanguardia.
Da notare che tutte le scarpe sono firmate Christian Louboutin.

Their creativity and desire to have fun, laugh and joke emerges clearly from their creations, and also wanting to take a bit around, makes this Brand eternally fresh, young and innovative.
