Versace for H&M: First Official Ad Campaign with Price

La collezione ormai è veramente alle porte, dopo aver visto la prima Sneak Peek e la presentazione di alcuni capi sulla rivista Vogue Russia, ecco arrivare le prime due foto Ufficiale che invaderanno presto testate giornalistiche, il Web e non solo. Nella prima foto vediamo una giacca con dalle maniche leopardate ed una "classica" stampa Versace, il tutto caratterizzato da colori chiari come l'azzurro ed il verde acqua che riprende la stampa delle Palme.
Molto interessanti i bracciali, da non sottovalutare.

The collection is truly close to the Official Launch (17th November), after seeing the first Sneak Peek and the presentation of some items on Vogue Russia, here comes the first Official Pictures soon to
invade  newspapers,  Web and beyond. In the first picture we see a jacket with leopard sleeves and a "classic" print Versace, all characterized by bright colors.
Very interesting bracelets, not to be underestimated.

Nella seconda Foto notiamo le giacche in pelle e la borchie che, attraverso un gioco geometrico, rievocano l'idea dei disegni dell'antica Grecia (sempre cari a Donatella Versace).
Il prezzo della giacca potrà sicuramente aggirarsi intorno a € 179,99. Da notare la piccola pochette anch'essa borchiata.

In the Second Picture, we see the leather jacket full of studs, through a geometric pattern, evoking the idea of drawings of ancient Greece (always dear to Donatella Versace).
The price of the jacket will definitely be around € 179.99. Note the pochette also studded.

Le giacche ed i vestiti di pelle con borchie sono gli abiti della collezione che fin'ora mi hanno più affascinato. Tuttavia devo ammettere che, come fu per la Capsule Collection di Lanvin, non so quanto possa avere senso una collaborazione del genere. Per Lanvin, ricordo di aver visto delle scarpe che erano veramente di bassa qualità ma vendute a prezzo alto solo perchè firmate Lanvin.
Devo pur ammettere che questa collezione (da quel poco che si è visto) sembra essere più ricercata e "ricca" sperando che i materiali usati non siano pessimi.
Voi che ne pensate? Che senso ha acquistare un capo ideato da un grande stilista ma realizzato (spesso e purtroppo) con materiali di bassa qualità ma pagare ugualmente a prezzi medio-alti la firma della Maison?

The leather and studded jackets and clothing are the items of the collection that most fascinated me. However I must admit that, as it was for the capsule collection by Lanvin, do not know how to make sense of such a collaboration. For Lanvin, I remember seeing shoes that were really very low quality but sold at high price just because it signed Lanvin.
I must admit that while this collection (from what little we have seen) seems to be more refined and "rich" hoping that the materials used are not bad.
What do you think? What is the point to buy a dress designed by a great Fashion Designer  but realized (often and unfortunately) with materials of very pure-low quality but also to pay moderate- high prices for  Maison's signature?
