Rodoli: Your Own Sunglasses

Rodoli è il nuovo marchio di Occhiali da Sole che puoi completamente personalizzare, diventando tu stesso un "piccolo" Designer.

Rodoli is the new brand of Sunglasses that you can fully customize, making yourself a "little" Designer.

Chi non ha mai sognato di creare il proprio paio di Occhiali da Sole? Quante volte vi è capitato di entrare in un negozio e trovare un paio di occhiali troppo grandi oppure troppo piccoli? Belli ma di un colore che non vi dona? Perfetti ma troppo cari?
Per ovviare a tutti questi piccoli inconvenienti la risposta è arrivata: Rodoli.
Il nome deriva dal primo documento Veneziano del 1300 che fa riferimento all'occhiale:

"Rodoli de vero per ogli de lezer"

(Rotoli di vetro per gli occhi per leggere)

"Rodoli" è proprio il primo nome che venne dato agli occhiali dai mastri vetrai veneziani.

Who has not dreamed of creating your own pair of Sunglasses? How many times have you ever walk into a store and find a pair of glasses too big or too small? A very nice color but it doen't suit you? Perfect but too expensive? 

To overcome all these problems the answer came: Rodoli. 

The name comes from the first Venetian document of 1300 which refers to the glasses:

"Rodoli de vero per ogli de lezer"

(Glasses Rolls eyes to read)

"Rodoli" is just the first name that was given to the glasses by Venetian glassmakers.

L'idea è molto semplice, diventare il Designer dei propri occhiali scegliendo la montatura, le lenti e le finiture creando ogni volta un pezzo unico nel suo genere e che rispecchia pienamente il proprio modo di essere.
Un progetto che voglio sostenere fortemente in quanto la qualità e l'intero sistema di produzione e realizzazione degli occhiali è totalmente Made in Italy e, quando vengo a conoscenza di queste realtà, non posso che essere fiero della mia Nazione.

The idea is very simple, to become the designer of our own Sunglasses choosing between frames, lenses and trim, each time creating a unique and fully piece that completaly reflects ourself.  
A project I want to strongly support because the quality and the whole system of production and realization of the glasses is totally Made in Italy, and when I hear of these realities, I can be very proud of my Nation.

Rodoli più che Made in Italy preferisce la dicitura "Fatto in Italia" perchè, proprio alle pendici del Grappa, nella Valle del Piave, le mani sapienti degli artigiani locali, da più di 60 anni creano occhiali di altissimo livello. Le lenti Infrangibili con un alto indice di protezione solare, le montature rigorosamente Nickel Free, antitossiche e antiallergiche, la certificazione di qualità e garanzia, le Limited Edition con terminali in pelle o ecopelle, ecc non incidono fortemente nel costo finale della vostra creazione.

The shatterproof lenses with a high index of sunscreen, frames strictly Nickel Free, antitoxic and antiallergic, quality certification and warranty, the Limited Edition with leather or imitation leather terminals, etc. does not strongly affect the final cost of your creation.

Puntare sul Made in Italy, avere alta qualità e ad un prezzo conveniente il "proprio"occhiale da sole senza dover pagare spropositatamente spese eccessive come Pubblicità ultra costose, spese di magazzino e vari intermediari, questo è l'obiettivo che si prefigge il Brand.
Per tutte queste ragioni trovo gli occhiali Rodoli un'idea: Fantastica.

Point to the Made in Italy, have high quality and at an affordable price "their own" sunglasses without paying unreasonably excessive spending as the ultra-expensive advertising, cost of inventory and various intermediaries, this is the goal of the Brand.
