Adam Levine, il front man della Band Americana "Maroon 5", è stato scelto dalla rivista OUT come Cover Man per l'uscita di Settembre.

Il giudice del Nuovo format musicale americano "The Voice" afferma che il programma è stato davvero fantastico ma soprattutto pieno di "energia", inoltre è felice del fatto che la gente sia riuscita ad "abbracciare" la musica più che mai.

Ecco i punti salienti dell'intervista, nei quali Adam parla della sua sessualità, dell'essere gay e della sua perenne voglia di stare nudo.

-Io amo stare nudo il più tempo possibile - è molto naturale per me.
-Sono estremamente sicuro della mia sessualità, mi capita di dire "Quello è un bel ragazzo". Essendo consapevole che trovare qualcuno affascinante e volerci fare sesso sono due cose differenti.
-Con un sacco di ragazzi che sono ipersessuali, viene da una sorta di disprezzo o antipatia - sono ragazzi che amano fare sesso, ma in realtà non rispettano le donne. Ciò non significa che io non sono state totalmente promiscuo e troia nella mia vita, perché lo sono.
-Non sono d'accordo con le idee secondo le quali la sessualità si acquisisce, credimi ci nasci. Mio fratello è gay e l'abbiamo capito quando aveva due anni. Tutti lo sapevamo.

Here are the highlights of the interview, in which Adam talks about his sexuality, being gay and his constant desire to be naked.
 
-I just love being as naked as possible all the time -- it feels really natural to me.
-I’m extremely comfortable in my sexuality, so I can think, Oh, that’s a good-looking dude. Acknowledging that someone’s attractive and wanting to fuck a dude are two different things.
-With a lot of guys who are hypersexual, it comes from some sort of disdain or dislike -- they’re guys who love getting laid but don’t really respect women. That doesn’t mean that I haven’t been totally promiscuous and slutty in my lifetime, because I have.
-I can single-handedly dispel any ideas that sexuality is acquired, Trust me, you’re born with it. My brother is gay, and we knew when he was two. We all knew.
